Lake D'Arbonne State Park

Lake D'Arbonne State Park is the pride and joy of our Farmerville. It's an enjoyable experience for every person who travels among the tall pines and refreshing waters.

You don't have to be a professional to catch the fish in our lake on one of our many quiet fishing piers. Bass, crappie, catfish, and bream are all part of the diverse wildlife that our beautiful Louisiana lake and park has to offer.

Photographers love to capture the natural beauty surrounding the park and we make it easy with tree stands in our towering pines. The entire park has been designed to exist in harmony with the natural surroundings. All of the accommodations and facilities become part of the world around them, and won't distract you from your own experience.

The rolling hills are sure to bring out the cyclist in you. If you're a pro, the challenge of our many diverse trails are sure to excite. And if cycling doesn't wear you out, be sure to play on our lighted tennis courts to complete your sporting experience.

The gates at Lake D'Arbonne State Park open Sunday through Thursday at 6 a.m. and close at 9 p.m., and on Friday and Saturday, as well as days preceding holidays, don't close until 10p.m. From April to September, the entrance station is open from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., and from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. October through March.
