Community Pride Shines Bright at National Night Out on the Square
Last night, the Courthouse Square was alive with laughter and community spirit! Our law enforcement officers truly showed up and showed out, and we can’t thank them enough for their dedication and participation.
There were vendors handing out goodies for all ages — Brookshire’s served hot dogs, and Copsicles kept everyone cool with popsicles. Visitors enjoyed checking out the boats, ambulance, K9 Demonstration, and other displays that made the evening fun for the whole family.
A special thank-you to the Union Parish High School Band for sharing their talent and filling the square with music, and to the Darbonne Woods Charter School football team for coming out in support.
We were also honored to have three mayors and several councilmen join us to show their support for our great community and parish.
This is a wonderful event that brings the community together in a positive way, and we are pleased to be a part of it.
