Happening only once every 4 years! Get ready for Lake D'Arbonne's 3-month Drawdown.
Every 4 years, Lake D'Arbonne's water level is lowered. This process lasts 3 months and is done in order to help aid in construction and give our residents the ability to easily repair or build docs. It also helps to control the vegetation growth.
During this process, conditions on the lake change every day. For this reason, we urge those enjoying the lake during this time to take precautions. Obstacles that once were well below the service of the water may now pose a threat to boaters.
We love our beautiful lake D'Arbonne, and maintaining it's beauty and health is a top priority here in Farmerville.
