The Town of Farmerville recognizes the importance of providing digital access that is inclusive and equitable for all individuals, including those with disabilities. In alignment with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, our organization is committed to ensuring that our website and all related digital platforms are accessible to all users.

We are committed to ensuring comprehensive accessibility through consistent reviews and implementation that includes:

• Evaluating our existing website and digital content against WCAG 2.1 AA standards;
• Remediating accessibility barriers such as color contrast, alternative text for images, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, and “skip to main content” button;
• Implementing staff training and ongoing monitoring to maintain accessibility compliance.

It is our intent to have completed all necessary updates and align our digital properties with ADA and WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, completed in November 2025. We will continue to assess and improve accessibility as technology and standards evolve.
