February 2025 Special Meeting

The Farmerville Town Council met in special session at Farmerville Community Center, located at 407 South Main Street, Farmerville, Louisiana, on February 24, 2025. The council members present were Mayor John Crow, Alderman Caroline Gatson, Robert Allen, Ricky Johnikin, and Thomas Nation. Alderman Kerry Hill was absent.

The roll was called and with a quorum present Mayor Crow called the meeting to order. Invocation was offered by Keith Jesilink.

At this time, Town Clerk, Gay Nell Pepper, gave the public the opportunity to speak on the agenda item.

On motion by Gatson, seconded by Allen and unanimously approved to adopt Resolution No 03-25 authorizing to advertise for bids on 2023 LCDBG Street Program.

At this time Ordinance No 01-25 was introduced by Alderman Allen, pertaining to surplus property.

There being no further business to come before the board, Mayor Crow declared this meeting the 24th day of February, 2025, adjourned. Upon motion by Gatson, seconded by Allen.
